About Clarice Fitness
I’m Clarice Wamba, a qualified personal trainer, pilates instructor and sports massage therapist. I am here to help and support you to improve your fitness, health and wellbeing.
My sessions are varied and fun. You will grow in confidence and develop a healthy relationship with exercise and your body. And, after each session, you will learn to love yourself that little bit more!
Whatever your fitness goals, I’ll show you that exercise doesn’t have to be a chore. It’s my belief that fitness is for anyone, no matter what your ability or starting point.
My personal training business has been going for over ten years and started after I turned my life around with running and fitness. Now I want to help you turn your life around too. Read more on what I achieved in my personal story.
Non-gym based personal trainer
Not keen on the gym? Most of my personal training sessions take place outside – in a local park or your back garden – or in the comfort of your own home. So they’re ideal if you don’t like the gym, feel intimidated by it or don’t have the time to travel to a gym.
Usually, I come to you or meet you at an agreed local park. If you prefer training inside, I can come to your home too. I will bring the gym to you!
I can also advise you on gym equipment that you can buy for your home, if you want to continue your training in between your sessions with me.
Personal training online
During the coronavirus lockdown, like many businesses, I had to re-think how I ran my training sessions. So I went online – and this was so successful that I’m continuing with one-to-one sessions and group classes online, alongside my face-to-face training.
You can join me live from your phone, tablet or computer through Zoom for safe, effective and progressive exercise.

Exercise for Everyone
As well as being a personal trainer, I am also the founder of Exercise for Everyone. This is a not for profit community project offering a free weekly exercise class to people who otherwise couldn’t afford it.
I realised that there are many people who can’t afford exercise classes or the gym, let alone a personal trainer. Yet these people are likely to suffer more with their health through lack of exercise. So I started this friendly, non-judgemental group to support each other with their fitness and make positive changes in their life.

Fitness for young people
While most of my personal training clients are adults, I’m also passionate about helping children and young people. Understanding the benefits of exercise helps improve young people’s self-esteem. It also builds up their strength and stamina and gives them the tools to live a healthy lifestyle from a young age.
I run a number of projects across South East London working with children and young people. These include running sessions at a youth club, summer fitness fun days and other holiday activities aimed at stimulating young people’s interest in sport and making fitness fun.
