Personal fitness trainer – get active and healthier for life!
Whether you want to get fit, stay fit or improve your fitness, my personal training sessions are tailored to suit your goals and abilities. I’ll show you that exercise can be fun and that fitness is for anyone, no matter what your starting point.
You can choose from one-to-one sessions or group workouts. And I now also offer online sessions. So you can find a personal fitness plan that suits your lifestyle, your diary and your budget.
My sessions are varied and fun. You will grow in confidence and develop a healthy relationship with exercise and your body. After each session you will learn to love yourself that little bit more!
Flexible personal training
As most of my personal training takes place outside or in the comfort of your own home, it’s perfect if you’re not keen on going to the gym. We can meet in a local park or I can come to you. I also have a studio in Anerley, should you wish to train there.
You will have an effective and fun workout because I bring the gym to you. So all you need to do is turn up!
Or I can advise you on the best equipment to buy at home, so you can train in between our sessions or take part in my self-training programme (see below).
A typical personal training session
A typical fitness session lasts one hour and consists of both aerobic and interval training. By using your bodyweight and other equipment, such as dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, and kettle bells you are guaranteed a challenging yet exciting workout.
Moreover, I’m very passionate about helping you to exercise without needing equipment. In your workouts with me, you’ll learn how to use your surroundings to have a challenging and satisfying workout. And you’ll also be able to use what you learn to train by yourself, or use them when out for a walk or doing other activities.
As part of each session, we’ll also go over your goals and monitor your measurements to keep you on track. If you need help with improving your nutrition, I can offer advice or refer you to a nutritionist.

Self-training programme
My self-training programme is aimed at those who would like a tailored training programme but who don’t feel they need a dedicated personal trainer to help them along.
After an initial consultation to understand your needs, goals and current fitness levels, I will put together your personalised 4-week programme and email it to you.
Included in the self-training programme is:
• Safe and effective exercise recommendations, tailored to your needs and abilities.
• Detailed explanation of how to carry out each exercise well and safely.
• Tailored nutrition advice to help you achieve faster results.
Online training
If you prefer to work online with me, you can have one-to-one training sessions via Zoom, or you can take part in my online group training sessions.
Simply join in via Zoom on your phone, tablet or computer for safe, effective and progressive exercise classes and coaching.
10-week online challenge
Get yourself into a disciplined routine of 30 fitness sessions over 10 weeks (3 sessions a week) from the comfort of your own home:
• Mondays 7.30-8.30pm – HIIT strength and conditioning training
• Wednesdays 7.00-8.00pm – Pilates
• Thursdays 7.30-8.00pm – dancing fitness
Some equipment will be needed, such as dumbbells, kettle bells and resistance bands. However, I can modify it for you, so you can do the exercises without equipment, or use certain household items instead.
I also recommend seeking advice from your local healthcare professional or GP, as this programme is not designed for helping with specific injuries.
