Become a better runner
Do you love running, like me? Or do you want to learn how to run well? Perhaps you want to run short distance or maybe it’s been your dream to run a marathon?
Whether you’ve never run before or are a seasoned runner, I can help and support you to become the runner you want to be and reach your distance goals.
I know how hard it can be to motivate yourself to run. But I went from couch potato to marathon runner in just a few months. I even ran 14 marathons in one year! So I know how to inspire and motivate you with your running goals. And, as a personal trainer, I can help with other aspects of fitness needed to turn you into a great runner.
A typical running session
A typical running coaching session lasts 45 minutes to an hour. We’ll start off with warm ups and then run together to assess your fitness level, running technique and ability. I’ll then devise a training programme for you.
As part of each session, we’ll monitor your running goals to keep you on track. If you need help with improving your nutrition, I can offer advice or refer you to a nutritionist. Running coaching is available as individual sessions or through group sessions.
Online distance coaching
If you are looking to improve your running time or take part in running events such as a 5K, a 10K, a charity run, marathon or ultra marathon, I can offer distance coaching. This is suitable for all levels and abilities of running.
You will get a personalised running plan with support via regular video calls to discuss your progress and answer your questions.
You can book online coaching per session or take part in my 3-month online running package, which includes:
- 3x 1-hour online/video chat each week, over 12 weeks

- Nutrition advice
