Kicking off on 31st January 2026, my new 12-week Saturday Morning Wellness Programme is about more than just exercise; it’s about starting your year with a positive mindset and building a foundation for a healthier, fitter life.

The programme starts with a refreshing Walk & Talk (or jog), followed by a Fitness Session and ending with a mindful Pilates class. You can do one, two or all three sessions – with discounts available for block bookings.

Walk/Jog & Talk

When: Saturdays, 8.00-9.00am

Where: Betts Park Outdoor Gym, SE20

Cost: £10 per session or 12 sessions for £108 (saving 10%)

My Walk & Talk sessions and are a great way to get motivated on a Saturday morning. We start with some stretching to warm up and then do a 3-5km steady walk or jog around the park.

Suitable for all levels and abilities, the sessions are an ideal way to start if you’ve never exercised before or not done any fitness for a while.

They’re sociable too – we have a chat while walking or jogging. It’s a supportive and mood-boosting way to get fit and build your confidence.

Fitness Sessions

If the darker months are affecting your mood and motivation, join this positive, supportive way to feel good, look good, and get back in shape.

I know that taking the first step to improve your fitness can feel scary. That’s why I’ve designed this programme to be inclusive and supportive – we do it together.

This is a welcoming fitness programme designed for all levels and abilities that helps you to:

  • Improve your stamina and energy levels
  • Build muscle strength
  • Increase your flexibility and mobility
  • Boost your confidence and motivation

It’s perfect if you’re:

  •  Struggling with weight gain due to perimenopause or menopause
  • Managing diabetes
  • Recovering from Long Covid
  • Rebuilding your fitness after having a baby
  • Experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or winter blues
  • Feeling unmotivated or lacking confidence

Workouts are geared to improving your stamina, muscle strength and flexibility. Sessions include cardio or aerobic dance, weight training, abs workouts and stretching.

A typical class includes:

  • 5 min warm-up
  • 15 min cardio workout
  • 15 min weights training
  • 15 min abs workout
  • 10 min stretch and cool down

Mat Pilates – Mixed Abilities

When: Saturdays, 10:45–11:45am or Mondays 6.30-7.30pm

Pilates helps you strengthen your body and improve your core strength, flexibility and posture.

In this programme, we’ll start by identifying your fitness level and abilities. Sessions are tailored to according to your ability.

In the first few weeks, we will focus on implementing Joseph Pilates’ principles of:

  • concentration
  • breathing
  • centring
  • control
  • alignment
  • flow
  • co-ordination
  • relaxation

Pilates is also helpful if you:

  • suffer from stress-related illnesses
  • need to improve your co-ordination
  • have a bad breathing pattern
  • struggle with the lateral breathing technique
  • are injured or have general health issues

Join me whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced level. If you have done Pilates before you can use the sessions to perfect the different positions and challenges and spend more time working on your breathing.
